Stipend / Salary:
- The Selected interns will join
the team as Junior Associate for 6 months – Stipend of INR
25,000 + Standard Perks
- On successful delivery of
outcomes by 7th month the shortlisted will be inducted at Associate
Consultant level with a starting salary of INR 35,000 + Standard perks +
bonus based on organization performance.
- Upon successful Completion with
high performance they will be upgraded to Consultant with 50,000 +
Standard perks+ bonus based on organization performance
- Organization has the rights to
modify the scheme based on market conditions without prior notice.

Responsibilities:
- Assist, analyze and report
based on your managers guidance and suggest measures to improve.
- Assist in the planning,
execution and monitoring of projects.
- Conduct review, catch-up and
strategy sessions with and between team members as per managers guidance.
- Plan, manage and execute all
the Business events as per managers guidance.
- Conduct Surveys and feedback on
projects assigned by your manager.
- Continuously work with Product
team to improve the product with expected Business Outcomes, Operational
Efficiencies.

- CRM tool usage will be an added
advantage
