We are looking for a candidate who is a graduate or has a masters coming with an industry internship/experience of having worked with Business Intelligence Cos or Workforce management Cos. or HR Tech platforms.

What we are looking for :-

• Someone who is good at Computation
• Knows Advanced excel
• Can crunch number crunching
• Knowing software's like google data studio etc will be a plus.
• The candidate should have good presentation skill's.
• Should be good at data visualization & critical thinking.

What you'll do :-

• You will be collecting and interpreting data
• Analyzing results
• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business and stakeholders.
• You will be identifying patterns and trends in the data sets.
• You will be working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes.
